MiroLens User Data Deletion Instructions
How to delete your MiroLens account and the personal information RiseForge holds for it, including data received through Facebook Login.

Delete your account in MiroLens
Sign in at mirolens.com, open Profile from the account menu, and use Delete account. Deletion happens immediately and you receive a confirmation code.
Remove MiroLens from Facebook
If you signed in with Facebook, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, select MiroLens and choose Remove. Facebook tells us, we delete your MiroLens account automatically, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link to check its status.
Email us
Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request from the address on your account. We verify the request and delete the data as soon as we can, and always within 30 days.

Your name and email address, including those received through Facebook Login
The link between your Facebook account and MiroLens
Your sign-in sessions and account activity history
Your workspace memberships and settings
Workspaces only you belong to, with their widgets, conversations and leads
Saved payment method references for those workspaces
What we keep, and why
- Workspaces you share with other people stay with them, and ownership passes to another member. Invoices already issued to those workspaces keep the billing name and email address for as long as tax law requires. They are stored encrypted and used for nothing else.
- An anonymous record of the deletion request (confirmation code, dates and status) so you can check its status. It contains no personal data.
If you submitted information through a website operated by a MiroLens customer, that customer may control the data. RiseForge may coordinate with the customer or direct your request to them when appropriate.

Every deletion gets a confirmation code starting with DEL-. Open https://mirolens.com/data-deletion/status?code=<your code> to see whether it is complete.
